What this is

Your reality is not happening to you.
It is happening through you.

Every circumstance in your life — the relationships, the money, the career, the body, the opportunities — is an outer reflection of an inner world you have been silently constructing, largely without knowing it. The teachers gathered in this portal spent their lives proving one thing: when you change what happens inside, the outside has no choice but to follow.

Neville Goddard

1905 – 1972 · Barbados-born mystic

"The world is yourself pushed out. Ask yourself what assumptions you are making."

Core Law
The Law of Assumption
Assume the feeling of your wish fulfilled. Act, feel, and think from the end. The outer world will rearrange itself to reflect your inner assumption.
Technique
SATS (State Akin to Sleep)
In the hypnagogic state just before sleep, your subconscious is most receptive. Plant your scene there with feeling, and it will crystallise into form.
Technique
Revision
Mentally revise the past. Change what happened in your imagination and let the new version solidify. The revised event ripples forward into your future.
Identity
I AM God
I AM is the name of God within you. Whatever you attach to I AM — rich, loved, healthy — you call into being. You are the operant power.
"Assume the feeling of the wish fulfilled and observe the route that your attention follows."

Florence Scovel Shinn

1871 – 1940 · New York mystic & author

"Every great work, every big accomplishment, has been brought into manifestation through holding to the vision."

Core Law
The Game of Life
Life is a game — and like all games, it has rules. Florence mapped the Divine Laws: the Law of Karma, Forgiveness, Non-Resistance, and Supply.
Practice
Affirmations & Decrees
The spoken word is a wand. Florence gave us specific decrees to clear fear, claim good, and command supply into manifestation through the power of speech.
Principle
Divine Design
There is a divine plan for your life. Your job is to get out of the way of your good by releasing resistance, resentment, and fear through forgiveness.
Protection
The Invisible Force
Florence taught that an invisible army of angels and divine intelligence clears the way before you — but only when you trust and let go.
"The game of life is a game of boomerangs. Our thoughts, deeds, and words return to us sooner or later with astounding accuracy."
— Florence Scovel Shinn

Abraham-Hicks

1986 – present · Channelled through Esther Hicks

"The entire universe is conspiring to give you everything you want."

Core Law
Law of Attraction
Like attracts like. You are a vibrational transmitter and receiver. Whatever you focus on with feeling, you draw more of into your experience.
Model
The Emotional Guidance Scale
Your emotions are your GPS. From despair to enthusiasm — each rung up the scale brings you closer to alignment with your Source energy.
Place
The Vortex
Everything you've ever asked for is held in vibrational escrow in "The Vortex." Your only work is to get in alignment so you can receive it.
Process
Segment Intending
Before each activity, set a clear intention for how you want to feel. Pre-pave your day with deliberate vibrational choices, one segment at a time.
"The better you feel, the more in alignment you are. The worse you feel, the more out of alignment you are. It is that simple."

Abdullah

Early 20th century · The Mystery Teacher

"You are already there. You need only to know it."

Origin
Neville's Teacher
Abdullah — said to be an Ethiopian rabbi — was Neville Goddard's most important teacher. He taught Neville the Bible as psychology and the power of consciousness.
Core Teaching
Be There Now
When Neville wished to return to Barbados but had no money, Abdullah said "You are in Barbados." He refused to discuss the problem — only the already-done reality.
Mysticism
Scripture as Consciousness
Abdullah taught that all scripture is a map of the human psyche. Every character, every story, is an interior state — not history, but psychology.
Initiation
The Silence
Abdullah's most powerful teaching was often silence, or a single question that dismantled a student's entire framework. The mystery cannot always be spoken.
"It is done. Stop looking for it. Know that it is done, and leave it alone to appear in the world of Caesar."
— Abdullah, as recorded by Neville Goddard

Napoleon Hill

1883 – 1970 · American author & advisor

"Whatever the mind can conceive and believe, it can achieve."

Core Law
Definite Chief Aim
Every achievement begins with a burning desire — a specific goal held in the mind with such intensity it becomes an obsession driving all action.
Principle
Mastermind Alliance
When two or more minds work in perfect harmony toward a definite purpose, a third invisible mind is created — more powerful than the sum of its parts.
Practice
Autosuggestion
Deliberate self-suggestion fed to the subconscious through repetition and emotion. Write your desire, read it aloud daily, feel it as already real.
Mindset
Persistence
The majority fail because they quit at the first sign of opposition. Persistence is the direct application of willpower transmuted by burning desire.
"Desire is the starting point of all achievement — not a hope, not a wish, but a keen pulsating desire which transcends everything."
— Napoleon Hill
Key concepts
Definite PurposeFaithAutosuggestionMastermindPersistenceBurning Desire
Essential Reading
Think and Grow Rich
Napoleon Hill · 1937
The foundational text. 13 principles drawn from 500 interviews with Carnegie, Edison, Ford. Free online.
The Law of Success
Napoleon Hill · 1928
The expanded predecessor — more detailed and rigorous. Read after Think and Grow Rich.
Core Techniques
The Autosuggestion Practice
Write your desire as a definite statement: the exact amount of money you intend to earn, the date by which you intend to have it, and what you will give in return. Read this statement aloud twice daily — once before sleep, once upon rising — with full emotion and belief. See and feel yourself already in possession of it.
The Mastermind Meeting
Identify two or more people who share your vision and meet regularly in a spirit of harmony and purpose. Before each session, hold a clear intention for what the collective mind will create. Hill taught that the invisible third mind created in harmony is the real source of inspired ideas and opportunities.
The Definite Chief Aim Card
Write your one burning desire on a card. Carry it everywhere. Read it upon waking, before sleep, and whenever doubt arises. The constant repetition impresses the subconscious until it accepts the goal as inevitable — and begins creating the bridge of circumstances to reach it.

Joseph Murphy

1898 – 1981 · Irish-American minister & author

"The law of your mind is the law of belief itself."

Core Law
Power of the Subconscious
The subconscious mind is the builder of the body and creator of circumstances. Whatever is impressed upon it is expressed in the world of form.
Practice
Sleep Programming
The last five minutes before sleep are most powerful for impressing the subconscious. Murphy taught specific techniques for planting desires as you drift off.
Principle
Scientific Prayer
True prayer is not begging — it is a scientific alignment of your conscious and subconscious minds with infinite intelligence that responds to belief.
Healing
Mental Healing
Murphy documented hundreds of cases where disease dissolved when the underlying belief pattern was changed. The body is a projection of mental states.
"Your subconscious mind does not argue with you. It accepts what your conscious mind decrees."

Joseph Murphy · 1963
His masterwork. Practical techniques for health, wealth, and relationships through subconscious programming. Free online.
The Miracle of Mind Dynamics
Joseph Murphy · 1964
Advanced applications — more case studies, more techniques, broader scope.
Core Techniques
The Sleep Technique
In the last five minutes before sleep, repeat your desire as a simple, present-tense statement with feeling: "I am whole and perfect" or "Money comes to me freely and abundantly." Speak it quietly, drowsily, until sleep takes you. The subconscious, most receptive at this threshold, accepts it as instruction and works overnight to manifest it.
Scientific Prayer
State clearly what you want. Acknowledge that infinite intelligence within you knows how to bring it about. Claim it is already done: "I give thanks that the perfect solution is now revealed." Feel the peace of the answered prayer. Release it. Murphy taught that the emotion of thankfulness — before the evidence — is the signal that the subconscious has accepted the instruction.
The Immersion Technique
Saturate your mind with the feeling of your desire being real. Before rising each morning and just before sleep each night, spend five minutes in the feeling-state of your wish fulfilled. Murphy taught that feeling is the language the subconscious understands — not words or logic, but emotion and sensation.

Wallace D. Wattles

1860 – 1911 · New Thought pioneer

"There is a thinking stuff from which all things are made."

Core Teaching
Science of Getting Rich
Wealth is a matter of thinking in a certain way. Wattles gave a precise science for tuning thought to the creative frequency — available to anyone.
Principle
Grateful Vision
Hold the vision of what you want clearly while maintaining deep gratitude. Gratitude harmonises your mind with creative intelligence.
Practice
Thinking in the Certain Way
Every thought sent into formless substance creates the thing imagined. The certain way means thinking with absolute faith and purpose, never allowing doubt.
Action
Efficient Action
Vision without action is incomplete. Do every act with full power and complete presence, giving more in use value than you take in cash value.
"You must form a clear and definite mental image of what you want; you cannot transmit an idea unless you have it yourself."

The book that inspired Rhonda Byrne's The Secret. Short, precise, and profound. Free online everywhere.
The Science of Being Well
Wallace D. Wattles · 1910
The same principles applied to physical health — equally powerful and equally short.
Core Techniques
The Vision Practice
Form a clear mental image of what you want — not vague, but exact. Hold this image in mind with absolute faith, never allowing doubt to enter. Wattles taught that the thinking stuff (universal formless substance) will take the shape of whatever image you consistently hold with conviction. The clearer and more sustained the image, the faster the materialisation.
Gratitude as Creative Force
Each morning and evening, spend five minutes in genuine gratitude for everything you already have. Feel the gratitude fully. Then extend it to your desired reality as if it is already given. Wattles taught that gratitude is not optional sentiment — it is the force that harmonises your mind with the creative intelligence and keeps the channel of good open.
The Certain Way in Action
In every action you take, give more in use value than you take in cash value. Do every act with full power and full presence. This is the "certain way" applied to behaviour: you are not working harder, you are working from a different consciousness — one of abundance giving rather than scarcity taking. The universe responds to this in kind.

Thomas Troward

1847 – 1916 · British judge & mental scientist

"The law of floatation was not discovered by contemplating the sinking of things."

Core Principle
Spirit & Matter
Spirit is the cause; matter is the effect. The individual mind is a localisation of Universal Mind — meaning you have access to infinite creative intelligence.
Law
The Law of Growth
The universe is always in a state of forward movement. Align your thought with expansion, growth, and life — and the universal tendency supports your every desire.
Practice
Contemplation
Deep, sustained contemplation of spiritual principles until they become living convictions rather than intellectual beliefs — this is Troward's primary method.
Legacy
Edinburgh Lectures
His Edinburgh Lectures on Mental Science remain one of the most rigorous treatments of the relationship between mind, law, and manifestation ever written.
"Thought is the only action of the mind. By your habitual thoughts you create corresponding external conditions."
— Thomas Troward

The Edinburgh Lectures on Mental Science
Thomas Troward · 1904
The most rigorous treatment of mind and manifestation ever written. Dense but transformative. Free online.
The Creative Process in the Individual
Thomas Troward · 1910
His most accessible and practical work — how the individual mind participates in universal creation.
Core Techniques
Contemplative Immersion
Take one principle — "I am a localisation of Universal Mind" or "Spirit is cause; matter is effect" — and sit with it in stillness for 20 minutes. Do not analyse it intellectually. Allow it to pass from concept into living conviction. Troward taught that this shift — from understanding to knowing — is where the law begins to operate.
The Mental Treatment
Hold the clear mental image of your desired condition as already real — not as something to be attained, but as a present spiritual fact. Relax completely into this image, releasing all sense of effort or need. The subjective mind (subconscious) receives the image and sets the law in motion to produce its physical equivalent. Do this daily for 15 minutes.
Align with the Tendency of Life
The universe is biased toward life, growth, and expansion. Troward's practical instruction: in every thought, deliberately align with this tendency. When fear or contraction arises, consciously redirect to the question: "What would the principle of life and expansion choose here?" Then act from that answer — consistently.

Emmet Fox

1886 – 1951 · Irish New Thought minister

"Change your mind and keep it changed."

Core Practice
The Golden Key
Stop thinking about the problem. Think about God instead. For any problem — financial, health, relationship — the Golden Key is a 15-minute practice of sustained God-thought.
Teaching
Sermon on the Mount
Fox's masterwork — a psychological interpretation of Jesus's teachings. Every verse becomes a practical instruction for transforming consciousness.
Law
Mental Equivalent
You can only bring into your life what you have a mental equivalent for. Build the inner equivalent first — the outer must follow. There is no other law.
Practice
Scientific Prayer
Fox's prayer is not petition — it is a realisation of the truth of being. You pray by knowing, not asking. The knowing is the prayer and the answer simultaneously.
"You have the power to think what you like and what you think, that you will be."

Essential Reading
The Golden Key
Emmet Fox · pamphlet
Two pages. Arguably the most concise and powerful spiritual instruction ever written. Free online everywhere.
Power Through Constructive Thinking
Emmet Fox · 1940
Includes the Seven Day Mental Diet, the Sermon on the Mount interpretation, and his full prayer science.
Core Techniques
The Golden Key Practice
When any problem arises — health, money, relationship, fear — immediately stop thinking about the problem entirely. For the next 15 minutes, think only about the nature of God: infinite love, infinite intelligence, infinite supply, infinite peace. Do not analyse the problem. Do not beg for help. Simply contemplate divine truth. Repeat whenever the problem re-enters the mind. Fox guaranteed that any problem treated this way consistently will dissolve.
The Seven Day Mental Diet
For seven consecutive days, refuse to entertain any negative thought. The moment a critical, fearful, angry, or self-pitying thought arises, drop it immediately — do not dwell on it for even a moment — and replace it with a constructive thought. If you slip, start the seven days again. Fox taught that most people cannot complete this uninterrupted. But those who do experience a complete transformation of their outer circumstances.
Scientific Prayer
Turn your attention completely away from the outer condition and fix it on the corresponding spiritual truth. For illness: "God is my health and wholeness." For lack: "God is my infinite supply." Hold that truth in mind with quiet conviction — not desperate emotion — until the feeling of certainty settles. Then release and go about your day.

Ernest Holmes

1887 – 1960 · Founder of Religious Science

"There is a power for good in this universe greater than you are, and you can use it."

System
Science of Mind
Holmes synthesised metaphysics, psychology, and spirituality into a complete system. The universe is mental — God is Mind, and mind creates through definite law.
Practice
Spiritual Mind Treatment
A five-step process: Recognition, Unification, Realisation, Thanksgiving, Release. Used for healing, prosperity, and every human need.
Principle
The Law of Mind in Action
The Law responds to thought the way soil responds to a seed — without judgment, without condition. It grows whatever is planted.
Truth
I Am That
Holmes taught mystical identity: the individual self and the Universal Self are not separate. You are the very thing you seek. Recognition of this is enlightenment.
"I know that my word, spoken in faith, will demonstrate through the Law."
— Ernest Holmes
Key concepts
Science of MindTreatmentUniversal LawRecognitionSpiritual Mind
Essential Reading
The Science of Mind
Ernest Holmes · 1926
His complete textbook — the Bible of Religious Science. Every principle is here. Start with Part Two for practical application.
Creative Mind and Success
Ernest Holmes · 1919
His most accessible early work — short, practical, powerful. A perfect introduction before the full Science of Mind.
Core Techniques
Spiritual Mind Treatment (5 Steps)
1. Recognition — Acknowledge that there is one infinite intelligence governing all things.
2. Unification — Recognise that you are one with this intelligence; it is not separate from you.
3. Realisation — Declare your desired condition as already spiritually real: "Perfect health is the truth of this situation now."
4. Thanksgiving — Give genuine thanks for this truth, as if it is already visible.
5. Release — "And so it is." Let it go completely. Do not re-treat the same condition out of doubt.
Knowing vs. Hoping
Holmes taught that the difference between an effective and ineffective treatment is the degree of knowing. Before treating, spend five minutes building certainty: "This law is exact. It cannot fail. I know this is already done in the invisible." The outer result will match the depth of your inner knowing — not your hoping, not your wanting, your knowing.
Daily Meditation on Oneness
Each morning, sit quietly and affirm: "I and the infinite are one. Everything I need is already within this oneness." Hold this feeling — not as concept, but as living experience — for five minutes. Holmes taught that the daily practice of consciously realising your oneness with the infinite is the foundation of all effective spiritual work.

Charles Haanel

1866 – 1949 · American businessman & author

"The world without is a reflection of the world within."

System
The Master Key System
A 24-week course in mental development. Each week builds on the last, training the mind in concentration, visualisation, and communion with Universal Mind.
Practice
The Silence
Haanel's primary practice: daily stillness where the personal mind is quieted so Universal Mind can speak through intuition, inspiration, and guidance.
Principle
Concentration
The ability to hold a single thought to the exclusion of all others is the master faculty of mind. Haanel's exercises systematically develop this power.
Law
Growth Through Service
True wealth comes through giving more value than you receive. The law of growth demands contribution — abundance flows to those who serve abundantly.
"We cannot obtain what we lack if we tenaciously cling to what we have."
— Charles Haanel
Key concepts
Master KeyThe SilenceConcentrationUniversal MindSolar Plexus
Essential Reading
The Master Key System
Charles Haanel · 1912
Originally a 24-week correspondence course. Said to have inspired Bill Gates. One week at a time. Free online in full.
Core Techniques
The Sit — Foundation Practice
Sit in a comfortable chair. Close your eyes. Do not move a muscle — not a finger, not an eyelid — for 15 to 30 minutes. Inhibit all thought. Simply be still. This is Week One of the Master Key System, and Haanel insisted nothing else be attempted until this practice is mastered. The discipline of stillness trains the mind to obey the will — the prerequisite for all other mental work.
Solar Plexus Relaxation
When stress, fear, or tension arises, Haanel taught consciously relaxing the solar plexus — the area just below the sternum. Take slow, deliberate breaths. With each exhale, release all tension from this centre. He taught that anxiety contracts the solar plexus (the body's connection point with universal mind), cutting off creative flow. Relaxing it restores the connection.
Visualisation with Concentration
Once The Sit is mastered, add visualisation: hold a single, specific image of your desired outcome — perfectly still, perfectly clear — for the full sitting period. Do not let the mind wander. Haanel taught that concentration (the ability to hold one image without deviation) is the master faculty. Each week of the Master Key System builds this capacity one layer deeper.

William Walker Atkinson

1862 – 1932 · New Thought pioneer & prolific author

"Thought is a force — a manifestation of energy — having a magnet-like power of attraction."

Core Teaching
Thought Vibration
Every thought vibrates at a specific frequency. Like vibrations attract like vibrations. Your mental atmosphere determines what comes to you.
Practice
Dynamic Thought
Thought charged with will, desire, and emotion becomes dynamic — a force that moves through space and influences people, circumstances, and outcomes.
System
Yogi Philosophy
Writing as "Yogi Ramacharaka," Atkinson introduced Eastern breathing, prana, and yogic mental training to Western audiences decades before it became mainstream.
Principle
Mental Broadcasting
The mind constantly broadcasts. Most people broadcast unconsciously — fear, worry, doubt. Atkinson taught deliberate broadcasting of desire, faith, and power.
"You are what you think, not what you think you are."
— William Walker Atkinson

Essential Reading
Thought Vibration
William Walker Atkinson · 1906
The original Law of Attraction text — the first major work to use the phrase. Short, electrifying. Free online.
The Kybalion
Three Initiates (Atkinson) · 1908
Written as Three Initiates — the seven Hermetic Laws including the Law of Vibration. Essential foundational reading.
Core Techniques
Raising Thought Vibration
Atkinson taught that every thought has a vibration — and like attracts like in the thought world. To raise your vibration: deliberately feed the mind with thoughts of success, health, love, and abundance. Read inspiring material. Surround yourself with people vibrating at higher frequencies. Avoid prolonged exposure to low-vibration thoughts, media, and conversations. Do this consistently and the outer world must change to match.
The Desire-Will Engine
Identify your desire with complete clarity. Then harness the will — not as forcing or striving, but as sustained, unwavering focus on the desired outcome. Atkinson's formula: burning desire provides the fuel; concentrated will provides the direction. Hold both simultaneously — desire creating the emotional charge, will maintaining the mental focus — and the creative power activates.
Thought Broadcasting
Before any important meeting, encounter, or endeavour, spend five minutes deliberately broadcasting the mental atmosphere you desire. Think clearly and strongly about the qualities you want to project: confidence, clarity, warmth, authority. Atkinson taught that thoughts radiate outward and influence others before physical contact. You arrive at the room before your body does.

James Allen

1864 – 1912 · English philosophical writer

"A man is literally what he thinks, his character being the complete sum of all his thoughts."

Masterwork
As a Man Thinketh
The most widely read self-help book ever. The mind is a garden — thought is either cultivated or allowed to run wild. The harvest is your life.
Principle
Character & Circumstance
Your circumstances are not your fate — they are the reflection of your character. Change the character (habitual thoughts) and circumstances must change.
Teaching
Serenity
The calm, serenely purposeful mind is the most powerful creative force. Anxiety and hurry disperse the creative energy that serenity concentrates.
Practice
Mental Garden
Uproot weeds (negative thought) deliberately. Plant seeds (desired qualities) intentionally. Water daily with attention. The harvest follows inevitably.
"Circumstance does not make the man; it reveals him to himself."

Essential Reading
As a Man Thinketh
James Allen · 1903
One of the most read books in history. 30 pages. Profound. Free online everywhere.
The Way of Peace
James Allen · 1907
His deepest spiritual work — the inner path of renunciation and peace as the foundation of all outer achievement.
Core Techniques
Garden the Mind Daily
Allen's central metaphor is the mind as a garden. Each morning, tend it deliberately: what thoughts will you allow today? What will you uproot? What will you water? Before rising, choose three qualities you will cultivate — patience, confidence, gratitude — and consciously return to them whenever the mind defaults to weeds. Allen taught this as a lifelong daily practice, not a technique to master once.
Character Inventory
Take any recurring outer problem — financial lack, difficult relationships, poor health — and trace it inward. Ask honestly: what quality of thought, what habitual inner posture, is producing this condition? Allen taught that circumstances do not create character; character creates circumstances. Change the inner pattern — the thought habit, the belief, the attitude — and the outer condition must eventually change to reflect it.
The Ideal Vision
Hold your highest ideal — the person you most want to become — clearly in the mind. Not as a fantasy, but as a present inner commitment. Live from this ideal in every small decision of the day. Allen taught that the ideal is not a distant goal but a present identity, worn incrementally through each choice. Every thought aligned with the ideal strengthens it; every thought contrary to it weakens it.

Genevieve Behrend

1881 – 1960 · Troward's only personal student

"Your invisible power is your ability to use your imagination constructively."

Core Teaching
Attaining Your Desires
Behrend translated Troward's philosophical system into practical exercises — the most accessible bridge between mental science and daily life.
Practice
Visualization
Create a vivid mental picture of your desire. Make it so real, so emotionally alive, that it becomes more real than the outer world. Then release it to the law.
Story
Manifesting Troward
Behrend manifested the chance to study with Troward — considered nearly impossible — through pure visualisation and unwavering certainty. She became his only personal pupil.
Principle
Invisible Power
Your power lies not in what you can see and touch but in the invisible realm of mind and imagination. Develop your invisible power and the visible world arranges accordingly.
"The first thing to realise is that you already possess the power you are looking for."

Core Techniques
Visualisation with Physical Sensation
Behrend's key distinction from pure visualisation: the mental image must be charged with the physical sensation of the wish being real. Close your eyes and picture your desired outcome. Then feel it in the body — the warmth, the ease, the joy, the relief of having it. Hold both the image and the sensation simultaneously for 10–15 minutes. This dual activation — mental image plus bodily feeling — is what impresses the subjective mind powerfully enough to manifest.

Behrend wanted $20,000 to study with Troward in England. Every morning and evening she visualised the exact sum — not vaguely, but as a specific number — arriving in her hands. She felt the certainty, the joy, the reality of it. She did not know how it would come. Within months, it arrived through completely unexpected channels. Her instruction: decide the exact thing wanted, hold the image with feeling daily, and release the need to control how it arrives.
Relaxed Confident Expectancy
After your visualisation session, Behrend taught entering a state of relaxed, confident expectancy — not anxious waiting, but the ease of someone who has placed an order and trusts the delivery. Go about your day from this state. When doubt arises, return briefly to the feeling of the image. Do not check for signs. Do not push. Simply remain in the quiet certainty that what you have impressed upon the subjective mind is already moving toward form.

Louise Hay

1926 – 2017 · Author & founder of Hay House

"Every thought you think is creating your future."

Core Practice
Mirror Work
Look into your own eyes and say "I love you." This simple practice breaks the deepest patterns of self-rejection — the root of most manifestation blocks.
Teaching
You Can Heal Your Life
Louise mapped the mental patterns behind physical symptoms. Every disease has a corresponding thought pattern — and every pattern can be released and replaced.
Principle
Self-Love as Foundation
Self-love is not vanity — it is the foundation of all healing and manifestation. You cannot receive what you do not feel worthy of. Love of self opens every door.
Practice
Affirmations
Louise's affirmations are always present tense, always loving, always rooted in self-acceptance. "I am willing to release the need for..." is her signature structure.
"Love is the great miracle cure. Loving ourselves works miracles in our lives."
— Louise Hay

Mirror Work: 21 Days to Heal Your Life
Louise Hay · 2016
Her most practical modern guide — a day-by-day mirror-based affirmation programme.
Core Techniques
Mirror Work
Stand or sit before a mirror. Look directly into your own eyes. Say aloud: "I love you. I really, truly love you." Notice whatever resistance arises — the urge to look away, the inner critic, the discomfort. That resistance is exactly where the healing work needs to happen. Continue daily, adding specific affirmations for whatever areas of life you want to transform. Louise taught that the degree of resistance you feel is the degree to which self-love has been absent — and that consistent mirror work dissolves it.
The Body Scan Affirmation
If you have a physical symptom, look it up in Louise's "Heal Your Body" index — each condition has a probable emotional cause and a corresponding affirmation. Speak the affirmation aloud morning and evening, placing one hand gently on the affected area. The combination of loving physical attention and aligned spoken word creates a powerful healing signal. Do this for 30 days consistently.
Forgiveness Release
Louise's most transformative practice: in a quiet moment, close your eyes and say: "I am willing to forgive [person]." Notice you don't have to feel it — just be willing. Then: "I release you to your highest good and I release myself to mine." Breathe. Repeat daily until the charge lifts. Louise taught that forgiveness is not about the other person — it is the act of removing the hook they have in you, so your own energy can flow freely again.

Eckhart Tolle

1948 – present · German-Canadian spiritual teacher

"Realize deeply that the present moment is all you ever have."

Core Teaching
The Power of Now
All suffering arises from resistance to the present moment. Liberation — and the creative power to manifest — exists only in the Now.
Concept
The Ego
The ego is the false self — the collection of thought-patterns and identity stories. It is the source of fear, desire, and resistance. Presence dissolves it naturally.
Practice
Presence
Notice thinking. Notice emotion. The act of noticing creates a gap between you and the thought — and in that gap lives freedom and creative power.
Manifestation
Consciousness as Creator
Tolle and Neville converge here: the depth of your presence — not the cleverness of your strategy — determines the quality of what you create and attract.
"The present moment is where the unknown lives — and the unknown is where all possibilities exist."
— Eckhart Tolle

The Power of Now

A New Earth
Eckhart Tolle · 2005
Expands the ego and pain-body teaching into everyday life — more accessible as a first read than The Power of Now.
Core Techniques
The Inner Body Awareness Practice
Close your eyes. Sense the aliveness inside your hands — the tingling, the warmth, the subtle pulse of life. Hold that awareness for 30 seconds. Now expand it to your arms, your chest, your whole body simultaneously. Feel the field of aliveness within the physical form. This is presence. Tolle taught this as the most reliable gateway out of compulsive thinking and into the Now — accessible at any moment, in any circumstance.
The Space Between Thoughts
Sit quietly. As thoughts arise, simply notice them without engaging — "there is a thought." Do not resist or chase them. Instead, rest your attention in the brief space between thoughts. Even a second of that space is pure consciousness without mental commentary. Each time you access it, you strengthen your identification with the awareness itself rather than with the thoughts. Tolle taught that this awareness is your true nature — and that it is already free.
Observing the Pain Body
When strong negative emotion arises, do not express it, suppress it, or analyse it. Simply observe it as energy in the body — feel it as sensation, without the story. Tolle taught that the pain body feeds on the story and on your identification with it. The moment you observe the pain body without becoming it, you introduce the light of consciousness into it — and it begins to dissolve. Practice: "I notice there is anger/grief/fear here. I feel it in my chest/stomach/throat."

Wayne Dyer

1940 – 2015 · American self-help author & speaker

"When you change the way you look at things, the things you look at change."

Core Teaching
The Power of Intention
Intention is not something you do — it is a field of energy you connect to. The universe itself is intention. Align with it and life flows.
Practice
Wishes Fulfilled
Dyer's deepest work — a direct transmission of Neville's I AM teaching. What you attach to I AM you become and attract. This is God's name and yours.
Principle
Being the Source
You cannot attract what you are not. To manifest love, be love. To manifest abundance, be abundant in spirit. Match the vibration of what you want.
Teaching
Tao of Dyer
In his later work, Dyer translated the Tao Te Ching — teaching non-resistance, non-attachment, and effortless action as the highest form of manifestation.

His most Neville-influenced work. Direct instruction on I AM, SATS, and living in the end in modern voice.
The Power of Intention
Wayne Dyer · 2004
His most complete spiritual philosophy — aligning with the field of intention rather than forcing outcomes.
Core Techniques
I AM Affirmations Before Sleep
Wayne taught directly from Neville: the last five minutes before sleep are the most powerful for programming the subconscious. In those final minutes, silently or quietly repeat your chosen I AM statement — "I AM healthy." "I AM abundant." "I AM love." Do not attach it to a desired outcome in the future. Claim it as a present identity. Wayne taught that the sleeping mind carries this claim into the universal field, where it begins working overnight.
Aligning with the Seven Faces of Intention
Wayne identified seven qualities of the field of intention: creativity, kindness, love, beauty, expansion, unlimited abundance, and receptivity. Each morning, pick one face and deliberately align with it for the day. If choosing creativity: ask before each action, "What would the creative force do here?" If choosing kindness: make every interaction an expression of it. Wayne taught that you do not create from ego — you align with intention, and it creates through you.
Changing the Inner Conversation
Wayne was deeply influenced by Neville's teaching on inner conversations. He taught: monitor what you say to yourself and about yourself throughout the day. Every "I can't," "I'm not the kind of person who," "I'll never be able to" — these are creative decrees. Replace them with possibility language: "I intend to," "I am choosing," "It is possible for me to." The conversation changes the vibration; the vibration changes the results.

Joe Dispenza

1962 – present · American neuroscientist & author

"Neurons that fire together wire together."

Core Teaching
Breaking the Habit of Being Yourself
Your personality creates your personal reality. Your personality is made of thoughts, feelings, and behaviours — all of which can be rewired through meditation and intention.
Science
Neuroplasticity & Manifestation
The brain cannot distinguish between a real event and one vividly imagined. Mental rehearsal creates the same neural pathways as physical experience.
Practice
Elevated Emotion Meditation
Combine a clear intention with an elevated emotion (the feeling of already having it). This combination sends a measurable electromagnetic signal into the quantum field.
Concept
The Field
An invisible field of potential connects all things. Your coherent heart-brain signal literally organises energy from this field into events and circumstances.

Becoming Supernatural
Joe Dispenza · 2017
Documented cases of physical healing and reality change through meditation — his most advanced work.
Core Techniques
The Morning Meditation Protocol
Before opening your eyes or touching your phone, spend 20–45 minutes in meditation. The goal: move beyond body awareness, beyond the environment, beyond linear time — and into the open field of possibility. Dispenza's specific instruction: induce the feeling of your future reality in your body now. Generate genuine gratitude for that reality as if it already exists. Hold elevated emotion (gratitude, joy, love) for as long as possible. The body — flooded with these neurochemicals — begins to signal the environment that the future is already here.
The Mental Rehearsal
Sit quietly and mentally rehearse your desired future in vivid detail — not as a distant goal but as a present experience. Move through each scene slowly, engaging all senses. Dispenza's neuroscience basis: the brain cannot distinguish between a vividly imagined and a physically lived experience. Each rehearsal fires and wires the neural circuits of the new self, making the desired future progressively more natural to the body.
Heart Coherence Practice
Place your hand on your heart. Breathe slowly — 5 counts in, 5 counts out — through the heart centre. As you breathe, generate a genuine feeling of gratitude, love, or compassion. Hold this for 5–10 minutes. Dispenza teaches that the heart generates the body's largest electromagnetic field. When the heart is in coherence — rhythmically ordered through elevated emotion — it sends a powerful signal to the quantum field that reorganises the body's biology and attracts new circumstances.

Bob Proctor

1934 – 2022 · Canadian speaker & teacher

"You are the only problem you will ever have, and you are the only solution."

Core Teaching
The Paradigm
A paradigm is a multitude of habits fixed in the subconscious. It controls your behaviour, perception of time, and creative ability. Results change only when paradigms change.
Principle
Frequency & Results
Everything is energy vibrating at a frequency. Your results are a physical expression of your frequency. Change the frequency, change the results. There is no other way.
Practice
Goal Card & Repetition
The subconscious is reprogrammed through repetition, not logic. Read your goal card. Say your affirmations. Repeat them obsessively until the new pattern becomes automatic.
Teaching
Six Intellectual Faculties
Proctor taught six mental faculties — imagination, intuition, will, memory, reason, and perception — showing how developing them transforms every area of life.
"Set a goal to achieve something so big, so exhilarating, that it excites you and scares you at the same time."

His foundational book — free online. The complete paradigm-shift programme in his own voice.
Think and Grow Rich (Proctor edition)
Napoleon Hill (Proctor commentary)
Proctor spent 60 years teaching Hill. His annotated and explained edition is the best way to receive both simultaneously.
Core Techniques
The Paradigm Shift Practice
Identify your current paradigm — the set of beliefs governing your results. Proctor's method: write down the opposite of the results you have been getting in any area (money, health, relationships). That opposite is your new paradigm. Write it as a present-tense statement. Read it aloud with emotion 50 times each morning and 50 times each evening. The repetition with feeling is what impresses the subconscious deeply enough to override the old programme. This is the Stick Exercise he taught for decades.
Frequency Tuning
Everything vibrates — and you attract what you are in harmony with, not what you want. Proctor taught a daily frequency audit: in what emotional state do I spend most of my time? Fear, worry, doubt — these are low frequencies attracting matching results. Gratitude, love, confident expectation — these are high frequencies. The practical tool: every hour, pause and ask "What frequency am I on right now?" Then deliberately shift toward a higher one through thought, music, movement, or gratitude.
Goal in B-Type Territory
Proctor classified goals into two types. A-type goals are ones you know how to achieve — they're really just tasks. B-type goals are goals you want but have no idea how to get — they live beyond your current paradigm. Proctor taught: always set B-type goals. Write the goal. Study it. Ask: "Does this goal scare me and excite me simultaneously?" If yes, it is outside your current paradigm. That discomfort is the signal that pursuing it will actually change who you are.

Rhonda Byrne

1951 – present · Australian author & filmmaker

"The law of attraction is the law of love."

Core Teaching
The Secret
The Secret — the Law of Attraction — is the most powerful law in the universe. Like attracts like. Your dominant thoughts and feelings magnetise everything into your life.
Process
Ask, Believe, Receive
Three steps. Ask clearly. Believe as if already received. Receive — take actions that signal your belief. The universe responds to this alignment unfailingly.
Practice
Gratitude Practice
Gratitude is the fastest path to alignment. Byrne taught a daily magic gratitude practice — 10 blessings each morning — as the single most transformative daily habit.

The Power & The Magic
Her follow-up works deepened The Secret — love as the supreme force, and gratitude as a daily magical practice with specific 28-day exercises.

The gateway book that brought the Law of Attraction to a mass audience. Simple, accessible, and life-changing for many.
The Magic
Rhonda Byrne · 2012
28 days of specific gratitude practices targeting every area of life. Practical and transformative — especially for beginners.
Core Techniques
The Creative Process — Ask, Believe, Receive
Ask: Be specific. Know exactly what you want. Write it down clearly as a present-tense statement. Believe: Act, speak, and feel as though it is already yours. The universe responds to the signal of "I have this" — not "I want this." Receive: Feel the emotion of having it now. Gratitude is the feeling of already received. Generate that feeling daily, and you are in the receiving mode. Byrne taught that most people get stuck on Believe — they ask but then keep asking instead of receiving.
The Gratitude Rock
From The Secret: find a small stone or object. Each morning when you pick it up, think of something you are grateful for. Each evening when you put it down, think of the best thing that happened that day. This simple anchor, used consistently, trains the brain to scan for positive evidence — shifting the dominant frequency from lack to abundance. Many practitioners add writing 10 gratitudes each morning in a dedicated journal.
The Magic Gratitude Practice (from The Magic)
Each morning, write 10 things you are grateful for and why — in specific detail. Then say "thank you, thank you, thank you" for each one as if you are saying it directly to life. Rhonda documented that this daily practice, sustained for 28 days, produced measurable improvements in health, finances, and relationships across thousands of participants. The key is specificity and genuine feeling — not a rote list, but a real moment of appreciation for each item.

Prentice Mulford

1834 – 1891 · New Thought founder

"Every thought of yours is a real thing — a force."

Pioneer
Thought as Force
Among the first to articulate that thought is not just abstraction — it is a real, physical force that acts upon people and circumstances at a distance.
Teaching
Your Forces and How to Use Them
His collected essays cover the power of thought for healing, attraction, and purpose — written 30 years before the mainstream New Thought movement.
Principle
Law of Success
Success is not luck — it is the natural result of thoughts aligned with your purpose. One of the first to teach that purposeful thought is the direct cause of worldly success.
Legacy
Influence on New Thought
Mulford directly influenced Wattles, Atkinson, and the entire New Thought tradition. His essays contain the seeds of every major teaching that followed.
"The man who succeeds must always in mind or imagination live, move, think, and act as if he had gained that success before he had it."

Thought Are Things
Prentice Mulford · 1889
The essay that gave the modern world its most influential metaphysical phrase. Free online.
Core Techniques
Thought Hygiene
Mulford was among the first to teach the radical responsibility of thought. His practical instruction: treat every thought you allow to dwell in the mind as a real creative act — because it is. Each morning, briefly audit what you spent mental time with the day before. Deliberately decide what mental company you will keep today. Refuse to host thoughts of resentment, fear, envy, or self-pity for more than a moment — evict them as you would uninvited guests.
Rest as Spiritual Strategy
Mulford uniquely emphasised that overwork depletes the spiritual force through which manifestation occurs. His instruction: build deliberate rest into each day — not as reward but as necessity. Quiet walks, time in nature, ten minutes of complete stillness between tasks. He taught that the spiritual force (what we might call creative power) accumulates in rest and discharges in work. Without replenishment, the creative battery runs dry.
Attracting the Right People
Mulford taught that the quality of people you attract is determined by the quality of your thought. Before any important meeting or encounter, spend five minutes thinking specifically about the qualities you want to call forward in the other person — their kindness, their competence, their openness. Send that thought ahead of you. He documented this as a reliable practice for transforming difficult relationships and attracting the right collaborators, customers, and partners.

Charles Fillmore

1854 – 1948 · Co-founder of Unity

"God is the name we give to that unchangeable, inexorable principle at the source of all existence."

System
Unity
Fillmore founded Unity — a practical spirituality movement teaching that God is not a person but a presence, accessible through prayer, affirmation, and conscious thought.
Practice
Prosperity Affirmations
Fillmore's prosperity teachings were ahead of their time — poverty is a thought pattern, not a condition. He gave specific affirmations to reprogram the subconscious for abundance.
Principle
The Twelve Powers
Fillmore mapped twelve spiritual faculties — faith, love, wisdom, power, imagination, understanding, will, order, zeal, strength, elimination, and life.
Teaching
Metaphysical Bible
Like Abdullah, Fillmore read scripture as inner psychology. Every name and story in the Bible represents an aspect of the individual soul's development toward wholeness.
"I fairly sizzle with zeal and enthusiasm and spring forth with a mighty faith to do the things that ought to be done by me."

Charles Fillmore · 1930
His most practical work — developing the 12 inner faculties as tools for conscious creation.
Prosperity
Charles Fillmore · 1936
A complete prosperity consciousness programme grounded in metaphysical Bible interpretation.
Core Techniques
Affirmative Prayer
Fillmore's Unity prayer approach: turn away from the outer condition and affirm the corresponding spiritual truth. For health: "God is my perfect health — this body is the temple of the living God, whole and well." For supply: "God is my unfailing abundance — all that I need is provided now." Speak the affirmation with calm authority, not emotional pleading. Repeat it until the feeling shifts from the problem-consciousness to the truth-consciousness. Then release it with gratitude.
The 12 Powers Activation
Fillmore identified 12 spiritual faculties — faith, strength, wisdom, love, power, imagination, understanding, will, order, zeal, renunciation, life. Pick the one most needed in your current situation. Each day for a week, spend five minutes consciously activating that faculty: "I now activate the faculty of faith within me. I see with eyes of faith. I act from faith. Faith is alive in me now." Fillmore taught that these powers are already present — they simply need to be consciously recognised and exercised.
Tithing as Demonstration
Fillmore taught tithing not as obligation but as a demonstration of prosperity consciousness. To give freely — from the first portion of what you receive — is to declare that your supply is not limited to what you can see. Each act of giving from abundance (rather than withholding from fear) deepens the conviction of infinite supply. Fillmore said the tithe is the most powerful prosperity practice available — not because of the money, but because of what the act declares about your relationship with supply.

Mary Baker Eddy

1821 – 1910 · Founder of Christian Science

"Divine Love always has met and always will meet every human need."

Core Teaching
Mind is All
God is the only Mind, the only Substance, the only Life. Matter, disease, and limitation are false beliefs overlaid on infinite spiritual reality.
Practice
Christian Science Healing
Disease is a false belief — and false beliefs can be corrected through understanding of spiritual truth. Prayer that brings this understanding heals both mind and body.
Principle

Her masterwork reinterprets the entire Bible as a textbook of spiritual law. Controversial, radical, and deeply influential on everything that followed.

Her foundational textbook. Dense but historically essential for understanding the mind-healing tradition.
Rudimental Divine Science
Mary Baker Eddy · 1891
A short, accessible introduction to Christian Science principles. Read this first.
Core Techniques
Metaphysical Treatment
Christian Science treatment is a prayerful declaration of spiritual truth — not petition, not visualisation, but a direct assertion of what is real in divine Mind. For any condition: state clearly the spiritual opposite. "There is no reality to this illness. God is all, and God is health. This appearance has no power in divine Mind." Hold this declaration steadily — not as a positive thought, but as a recognition of what has always been spiritually true. Eddy taught that clear, sustained recognition of truth dissolves the false appearance.
Monitoring the Mortal Mind
Eddy's term for the false, limited, fear-based thinking that creates illness and lack was "mortal mind." Her practice: whenever a fear, pain, or limitation appears in consciousness, immediately recognise it as a suggestion of mortal mind — not as reality. Say inwardly: "This is a suggestion of mortal mind. It has no power in divine Mind, which is the only reality." Do not argue with it, analyse it, or believe it. Simply deny its reality and affirm the truth of God's goodness.
Daily Study
Eddy prescribed daily study of Science and Health alongside the Bible — not as intellectual exercise, but as a means of shifting one's base of reality from material to spiritual. She taught that the mind that is daily saturated with spiritual truth gradually loses its susceptibility to error-thinking and its resulting manifestations. Even 15 minutes of sincere study each morning changes the mental atmosphere of the entire day.

Rumi

1207 – 1273 · Persian Sufi mystic & poet

"What you seek is seeking you."

Core Teaching
Divine Love as Creative Force
For Rumi, love is not an emotion — it is the fundamental force of the universe. Every desire is love calling you toward your divine nature. The longing IS the path.
Principle
What You Seek Seeks You
This single line contains the entire Law of Attraction. The desire within you and the thing desired are of the same substance — drawn together by nature itself.
Practice
The Reed Flute
The Masnavi opens with the reed crying for its origin. Rumi taught that the pain of separation from your desires is itself sacred — it keeps you moving toward reunion.
Mysticism
Fana (Annihilation of Self)
The dissolution of the small self into the Divine. When there is no "I" blocking the flow, all things manifest effortlessly through you.

The Masnavi — Book One
Rumi · 13th century
His 25,000-verse masterwork. Begin with Book One — the Reed Flute opening is one of the most profound teachings on longing ever written.
Core Practices
Sitting with Longing
Rumi's most counter-cultural teaching: do not try to satisfy the ache for the divine — sit with it. The longing is the path, not the obstacle. When the feeling of "something is missing" arises, instead of filling it with distraction or striving, sit quietly with it for five minutes. Let it be as it is. Ask: "What is this longing pointing toward?" Rumi taught that the intensity of the longing is proportional to the depth of the call — and that being with it consciously draws the beloved closer.
Zikr — Remembrance Practice
The Sufi practice of zikr (dhikr) is the repetition of a sacred name or phrase — most commonly "Allah" or "La ilaha illallah" (there is no reality but the One Reality). Sit quietly. Repeat the phrase in rhythm with the breath — inhale on the first half, exhale on the second — for 20 minutes. The repetition is designed to still the ordinary mind and open awareness to the presence that is always already here. This is the experiential counterpart to Neville's I AM — the direct recognition of the divine as one's own deepest nature.
Poetry as Medicine
Rumi's poetry was designed as a vehicle for transmission — not just beauty, but a direct delivery of elevated consciousness. His prescription: when the mind is agitated, afraid, or contracted, read a few lines of Rumi slowly and aloud. Allow the words to land in the body, not just the intellect. Notice what shifts. He believed — and contemporary neuroscience increasingly supports — that language charged with genuine spiritual energy has a measurable effect on consciousness and the nervous system.

Lao Tzu

6th century BC · Chinese philosopher

"Nature does not hurry, yet everything is accomplished."

Core Teaching
The Tao (The Way)
The Tao is the fundamental nature of reality — the force that moves through all things. Align with it and everything flows. Resist it and everything struggles.
Principle
Wu Wei (Non-Action)
Wu Wei means effortless action aligned with natural flow. The master does not force. Results come not from effort but from alignment with what is already unfolding.
Teaching
The Uncarved Block
P'u — the uncarved block — is the natural state of potential before ego shapes it. Return to open simplicity and all things are possible.
Application
Tao & Manifestation
Combined with Neville and Abraham: set the intention, feel the truth, then release into the flow — the Tao takes care of the rest. This is the deepest allowing.

Change Your Thoughts, Change Your Life
Wayne Dyer · 2007
One verse per day for 81 days — Dyer's practical commentary on the Tao Te Ching is the best modern guide to Lao Tzu.
Core Practices
Wu Wei — Effortless Action
Before taking any action — especially in a moment of urgency, frustration, or force — pause. Ask: "Is this action arising from alignment with the natural flow of this situation, or from my ego's need to control it?" Action from alignment is effortless, even when vigorous. Action from ego-force generates resistance. The practice is not passivity but the art of moving when the moment is ripe, resting when it is not, and distinguishing between the two.
The Emptiness Practice
Lao Tzu taught that emptiness — the hollow of a cup, the space in a room — is what makes things useful. The daily practice: deliberately cultivate mental emptiness. Sit for 10 minutes and release all agendas, all trying, all becoming. Simply be. Notice the spaciousness that opens in the absence of mental doing. Lao Tzu taught that creative intelligence — the Tao itself — flows most freely through the emptied, receptive, non-grasping mind. This is the complementary opposite of all technique-based manifestation.
Living the Paradoxes
The Tao Te Ching is full of paradoxes: "The soft overcomes the hard." "By not doing, nothing is left undone." "Knowing others is intelligence; knowing yourself is enlightenment." Each verse is a contemplative practice. Take one per day. Read it slowly. Resist the impulse to immediately understand it. Sit with the paradox. Allow it to reorganise your relationship with control, force, and the nature of power. Lao Tzu's wisdom is received, not decoded.

Taylor Tooks

Contemporary · Modern Manifestation Teacher

"You don't attract what you want — you attract what you are."

Core Teaching
Self-Concept Is Everything
Taylor's work centres on Neville Goddard's most advanced principle: you will never manifest beyond the story you hold about yourself. The foundation of all manifestation is who you believe you are — not what you do.
Practice
Assuming the Identity
Rather than focusing on a specific desire, Taylor teaches shifting into the version of you for whom the desire is natural. The SP, the money, the body — all of it flows automatically from the right self-concept.
Teaching Style
Modern, Direct, Practical
Taylor translates the classical teachings of Neville Goddard into everyday modern language — making concepts like living in the end, SATS, and revision deeply accessible to a new generation of manifestors.
Principle
No Desperate Doing
Taylor consistently redirects students away from frantic technique-chasing and toward being. The inner state — who you are being right now — is the only variable that matters. The techniques support the state; they do not replace it.
"Stop trying to manifest from lack. Get into the state of the person who already has it — and then act from there."

Taylor's most foundational practice: write down every belief you currently hold about yourself in the area where you want to manifest. Be brutally honest. "I am the kind of person who always..." "People like me don't get..." "I've never been able to..." Read the list. This is your current self-concept — and it is creating your current results. Now write the opposite. That is your new identity. The rest of the practice is simply moving from the first list to the second — through SATS, revision, and daily assumption.
Assuming the Version
Taylor teaches identifying "the version" — the specific version of you for whom your desire is completely natural and expected. Then ask: how does this version walk, speak, think, react, dress, spend their time? What do they not worry about anymore? Begin embodying these answers immediately — not as performance, but as genuine inner identity shift. The more consistently you live as this version, the more the outer world reorganises around it.
SP Manifestation (Specific Person)
Taylor's most popular teaching area: manifesting a specific person. Her core instruction — consistent with Neville — is to stop focusing on the other person entirely and focus exclusively on self-concept. Ask: who would I have to be for this relationship to be natural? Someone who is chosen, loved, and secure. Become that person in your imagination first. Run SATS scenes of the relationship from the inside — not chasing, not hoping, but simply being the person for whom this is their reality. The outer reflects the inner without exception.

01 / NEVILLE GODDARD
SATS — State Akin to Sleep
Neville Goddard · Core Technique
The most powerful time to impress the subconscious is in the drowsy state before sleep, when the critical faculty is quieted and imagination becomes utterly real.
  • 01Lie down and relax completely. Take slow breaths until your body is heavy.
  • 02Allow yourself to drift to the edge of sleep — not fully asleep, just drowsy.
  • 03Construct a single, short scene that implies your wish is fulfilled.
  • 04Play this scene on loop in first-person until it feels completely real.
  • 05Let sleep take you with the scene still running. Release into it.
02 / NEVILLE GODDARD
Revision
Neville Goddard · Daily Practice
Every unpleasant event that occurred today holds a new version. By revising it in your imagination, you change its impression on your subconscious — and alter the future it would have created.
  • 01At day's end, review any event that troubled, disappointed, or upset you.
  • 02Close your eyes and replay the event — but this time, with your desired outcome.
  • 03Feel the satisfaction, relief, or joy of the revised version.
  • 04Hold the new version until it feels more real than the original.
  • 05Release it with gratitude and proceed. The bridge of incidents will appear.
03 / FLORENCE SCOVEL SHINN
Divine Decree
Florence Scovel Shinn · Word Power
Florence knew that the spoken word has creative power. A decree is not a prayer — it is a declaration of what is already so in Divine Law, spoken aloud with conviction.
  • 01Choose one area of life to decree — money, love, health, opportunity.
  • 02Stand upright, grounded. Speak from your diaphragm, with authority.
  • 03Use Florence's structure: "I decree / I claim / I now have..." not "I want."
  • 04Repeat the decree three times, increasing in conviction each time.
  • 05End with: "This or something better, for the highest good of all." Release.
04 / ABRAHAM-HICKS
Rampage of Appreciation
Abraham-Hicks · Vibrational Lift
One of Abraham's most powerful tools. Appreciation is the highest vibrational state you can reach. A rampage carries your vibration up the emotional scale quickly.
  • 01Begin with anything — literally anything — you can find genuine appreciation for.
  • 02Speak or write rapidly, not stopping. Let one appreciation lead to the next.
  • 03Stay only with what you genuinely appreciate — no stretching or forcing.
  • 04Continue for at least 3–5 minutes, or until you feel the vibrational shift.
  • 05From this high-vibrational space, make any decision or set any intention.
05 / ABRAHAM-HICKS
Focus Wheel
Abraham-Hicks · Belief Shifting
When you can't believe your desire is possible, the Focus Wheel moves you from where you are to a better-feeling place — one small believable step at a time.
  • 01Draw a circle in the centre of your page. Write your desire there.
  • 02Draw 12 spaces around the circle, like a clock face.
  • 03In each space, write a statement you genuinely believe that moves you toward your desire.
  • 04Each statement should be slightly more aligned than the last.
  • 05End by reading all 12 statements aloud. Notice the shift in your feeling.
06 / SYNTHESIS
The Morning Assumption
ARDS · Avie St. Louis · Daily Anchor
A signature ARDS practice that synthesises Neville's assumption, Florence's decree, and Abraham's alignment into a single powerful morning ritual.
  • 01Before rising: lie still and ask "Who am I being today?" Answer as your desired self.
  • 02Speak one Florence decree aloud to claim your day's dominant intention.
  • 03Run a 60-second SATS scene: your day unfolding perfectly from your desired identity.
  • 04Do one minute of Abraham appreciation to raise your vibration before first phone contact.
  • 05Step into your day as that person. Not "trying to become" — already being.
01 / NAPOLEON HILL
Autosuggestion
Napoleon Hill · Think and Grow Rich
Deliberate self-suggestion fed to the subconscious through repetition and emotion. The difference between an affirmation and autosuggestion is feeling — without it, the subconscious ignores the words entirely.
  • 01Write your desire as a specific present-tense statement including what you will give in return for it.
  • 02Read this statement aloud twice daily — once upon rising, once before sleep.
  • 03As you read, see yourself already in possession of the thing desired. Feel it vividly.
  • 04Carry a written copy. Read it whenever doubt or distraction arises during the day.
  • 05Continue without interruption until the subconscious accepts it as fact — you will know by the way you feel.
02 / NAPOLEON HILL
The Mastermind Alliance
Napoleon Hill · Think and Grow Rich
Two or more minds working in perfect harmony toward a definite purpose create an invisible third mind more powerful than any individual. This is not collaboration — it is a specific spiritual phenomenon.
  • 01Identify two or more people who share your vision and are willing to commit to regular meetings.
  • 02Before each session, state the shared intention clearly. All members must agree on the goal.
  • 03Meet in a spirit of absolute harmony — no egos, no competition. This is the prerequisite for the third mind.
  • 04During the meeting, speak your inspired ideas without filtering. The third mind communicates through members.
  • 05Close each session by expressing gratitude for what the alliance is creating.
01 / JOSEPH MURPHY
Sleep Programming
Joseph Murphy · The Power of Your Subconscious Mind
The last five minutes before sleep are the most powerful for impressing the subconscious. The critical conscious mind is quieting — what you plant now is received without resistance.
  • 01Lie down and relax completely. Release the events of the day with a slow exhale.
  • 02Choose one simple, present-tense statement of your desire: "I am whole and well" or "Money flows freely to me."
  • 03Repeat it quietly — aloud or in the mind — with a feeling of calm certainty. Not urgency. Certainty.
  • 04Let sleep take you while the statement is still repeating. The subconscious continues working through the night.
  • 05Upon waking, before any other thought, affirm: "I give thanks that this is already done."
01 / WALLACE WATTLES
The Grateful Vision
Wallace D. Wattles · The Science of Getting Rich
Hold the clear mental image of what you want while maintaining deep, genuine gratitude. Wattles taught that gratitude is not optional sentiment — it is the creative force that harmonises your mind with infinite intelligence.
  • 01Each morning, spend five minutes in genuine gratitude for everything you currently have. Feel it fully.
  • 02Form a clear, exact mental image of your desired outcome — not vague, but precise in detail.
  • 03Extend your gratitude to this desire as if it is already given: "I give thanks for this, which is already mine."
  • 04Hold both the image and the gratitude simultaneously for five minutes. Do not allow doubt to enter.
  • 05In every action you take today, give more in use value than you take in cash value. This is the law in motion.
01 / THOMAS TROWARD
The Mental Treatment
Thomas Troward · Edinburgh Lectures on Mental Science
Hold the mental image of your desired condition as already spiritually real — not as something to be attained but as a present fact in the invisible. Relax completely. The subjective mind receives it and sets the law in motion.
  • 01Sit quietly and still. Close your eyes and release all muscular tension over 2–3 slow breaths.
  • 02Affirm inwardly: "I am a localisation of Universal Mind. The same creative power that made all things acts through me."
  • 03Hold the image of your desired condition as already existing in the spiritual realm — calm, clear, certain.
  • 04Release all effort and striving. The subjective mind does not respond to force — only to calm impression.
  • 05Close with: "The law is exact. This is already done in the invisible. I give thanks and release." Then let it go.
01 / EMMET FOX
The Golden Key
Emmet Fox · The Golden Key pamphlet
Stop thinking about the problem entirely. Think about God instead. This is the complete rule. For any problem — financial, health, relationship — 15 minutes of sustained God-thought dissolves what no outer effort can touch.
  • 01When a problem arises, immediately refuse to dwell on it. This is the first and hardest step.
  • 02Turn your attention completely to the nature of God: infinite love, infinite intelligence, infinite supply, infinite peace.
  • 03Do not analyse the problem. Do not beg for a solution. Simply contemplate divine truth for 15 minutes.
  • 04Every time the problem re-enters the mind, immediately return to God-thought. Don't fight the intrusion — redirect.
  • 05Repeat as often as needed. Fox guaranteed: any condition treated this way consistently will dissolve.
02 / EMMET FOX
The Seven Day Mental Diet
Emmet Fox · Power Through Constructive Thinking
For seven consecutive days, refuse to entertain any negative thought. Fox called this the most transformative experiment available to any human being. Most cannot complete it uninterrupted — but those who do experience a complete shift in outer circumstances.
  • 01Commit to seven consecutive days of no negative thought — fear, resentment, criticism, self-pity, worry.
  • 02The moment a negative thought appears, drop it immediately. Do not dwell on it for even a moment.
  • 03Substitute it immediately with a constructive thought — appreciation, curiosity, a positive memory.
  • 04If you slip and dwell in negativity, start the seven days again from day one. No exceptions.
  • 05Complete the seven days. Fox said the outer circumstances of most people transform noticeably within one month of completion.
01 / ERNEST HOLMES
Spiritual Mind Treatment
Ernest Holmes · The Science of Mind
A five-step prayer of declaration — not petition, but recognition of what is already spiritually true. Holmes taught this as the most scientifically reliable approach to conscious creation available to the individual.
  • 01Recognition — "There is one infinite intelligence that governs all things. It is the only reality."
  • 02Unification — "I am one with this intelligence now. It is not separate from me."
  • 03Realisation — Declare your desired condition as already spiritually real: "Perfect health is the truth of this situation now."
  • 04Thanksgiving — Give genuine thanks as if it is already visible: "I give thanks for this, which is already so."
  • 05Release — "And so it is." Let it go completely. Do not re-treat the same condition — that signals doubt.
01 / CHARLES HAANEL
The Sit
Charles Haanel · The Master Key System · Week One
The foundational practice of the Master Key System. Nothing else in the programme can be effectively attempted until this discipline is mastered. The ability to command stillness is the prerequisite for all conscious creation.
  • 01Sit in a comfortable chair with your spine straight. Close your eyes.
  • 02Do not move a single muscle — not a finger, not an eyelid — for the full session. Start with 15 minutes.
  • 03Inhibit all thought as much as possible. When thoughts arise, let them pass without engagement.
  • 04Simply be still. The practice is the stillness itself — not the absence of thoughts but the mastery of the body.
  • 05Once you can maintain complete stillness for 30 minutes, advance to Week Two: add visualisation of a single image held without deviation.
01 / WILLIAM ATKINSON
Thought Broadcasting
William Walker Atkinson · Thought Vibration
Thoughts radiate outward and influence others before physical contact. You arrive in the room before your body does. Atkinson taught that deliberately broadcasting the right mental atmosphere before any encounter transforms the outcome.
  • 01Before any important meeting, conversation, or event, pause for five minutes alone.
  • 02Think clearly and strongly about the qualities you want to project: confidence, clarity, warmth, authority.
  • 03Also think about the qualities you want to call forth in the other person: openness, receptivity, goodwill.
  • 04Send these thoughts ahead of you as a deliberate broadcast. Hold them for the full five minutes with conviction.
  • 05Enter the situation from that mental state. Do not think about how it will go — stay in the broadcast state.
01 / JAMES ALLEN
The Character Inventory
James Allen · As a Man Thinketh
Circumstances do not create character — character creates circumstances. Any recurring outer problem can be traced inward to the thought pattern producing it. Change the pattern; the outer condition must follow.
  • 01Choose one area of your life that consistently disappoints you or fails to improve despite effort.
  • 02Ask honestly: what habitual thought, belief, or attitude do I maintain about this area? Write it down without self-judgement.
  • 03Recognise: this thought pattern is the cause. The outer condition is its effect. Not the reverse.
  • 04Write the opposite thought pattern — the one that would naturally produce the outcome you desire.
  • 05For 30 days, water the new pattern daily: read it, feel it, act consistently with it. Watch the outer condition shift.
01 / GENEVIEVE BEHREND
Visualisation with Sensation
Genevieve Behrend · Your Invisible Power
Visualisation alone is incomplete. The mental image must be charged with the physical sensation of the wish being real. This dual activation — image plus bodily feeling — is what impresses the subjective mind powerfully enough to manifest.
  • 01Sit quietly, close your eyes, and take three slow, deepening breaths to settle the body.
  • 02Construct your desired outcome clearly in the mind — exact, specific, real.
  • 03Feel it in the body: the warmth, the ease, the joy, the relief of actually having it. Locate the sensation physically.
  • 04Hold both the image and the bodily sensation simultaneously for 10–15 minutes.
  • 05Close with relaxed, confident expectancy — not checking or hoping, but the ease of someone who has placed an order and trusts the delivery.
01 / LOUISE HAY
Mirror Work
Louise Hay · Mirror Work: 21 Days to Heal Your Life
Look directly into your own eyes and speak loving affirmations to yourself. The resistance you feel is exactly where the healing work needs to happen. Louise called this the most powerful self-love practice available — and the most uncomfortable.
  • 01Stand or sit before a mirror. Look directly into your own eyes — not at your face, into your eyes.
  • 02Say aloud: "I love you. I really, truly love you." Use your name: "[Name], I love you."
  • 03Notice the resistance — the urge to look away, the inner critic, the discomfort. Do not fight it. Simply continue.
  • 04Add your specific affirmation: "I am worthy of love." "I am healthy and whole." "Money flows easily to me."
  • 05Do this daily for 21 consecutive days. The degree of resistance on Day 1 will show you how much this practice is needed.
01 / ECKHART TOLLE
Inner Body Awareness
Eckhart Tolle · The Power of Now
The most reliable gateway out of compulsive thinking and into present-moment awareness — accessible in any circumstance, requiring no special setting, no preparation, and no time.
  • 01Close your eyes. Sense the aliveness inside your hands — the tingling, warmth, subtle pulse of life within them.
  • 02Hold that awareness for 30 seconds without labelling or analysing. Just feel.
  • 03Expand the awareness to your arms. Then your chest and torso. Then the whole body simultaneously.
  • 04Feel the field of aliveness within the physical form as a whole. This is presence. This is the Now.
  • 05Use this as a reset any time during the day — at a red light, before a difficult conversation, when anxiety arises. 30 seconds is enough.
01 / WAYNE DYER
I AM Before Sleep
Wayne Dyer · Wishes Fulfilled · from Neville Goddard
The last five minutes before sleep are God's gift for reprogramming your identity. What you hold in consciousness as you drift off is delivered to the subconscious as instruction. Wayne taught this directly from Neville — with his own warmth and accessibility.
  • 01In the final five minutes before sleep, set aside all worry, planning, and reviewing of the day.
  • 02Choose one I AM statement that claims your desired identity: "I AM healthy." "I AM loved." "I AM abundant."
  • 03Repeat it silently or very quietly, as a present-tense identity claim — not a hope, not a prayer, a declaration.
  • 04Let sleep take you while still repeating. The sleeping mind carries this into the universal field.
  • 05Upon waking — before any other thought — affirm: "I AM that. And I give thanks."
01 / JOE DISPENZA
Heart Coherence
Joe Dispenza · Becoming Supernatural
The heart generates the body's largest electromagnetic field. When placed in coherence through elevated emotion, it sends a signal to the quantum field that reorganises biology and attracts new circumstances. This is science meeting mysticism.
  • 01Sit comfortably. Place one hand gently over your heart.
  • 02Begin breathing slowly through the heart centre — 5 counts in, 5 counts out. Imagine the breath moving through the heart itself.
  • 03Generate a genuine feeling of gratitude, love, or compassion. Start with something small and real — a person, a memory, a moment.
  • 04Sustain and amplify the feeling. The emotion is the signal — not the thought. Feel it in the chest, in the body.
  • 05Hold this for 5–15 minutes. From this coherent state, set any intention — it will carry the signal of the heart's field behind it.
01 / BOB PROCTOR
The Paradigm Shift — Stick Exercise
Bob Proctor · You Were Born Rich
Results don't change until paradigms change. The paradigm — a fixed subconscious programme — controls behaviour automatically. Proctor's Stick Exercise is the specific repetition method for replacing an old paradigm with a new one.
  • 01Identify the belief currently governing your results in one area — write it honestly. This is your current paradigm.
  • 02Write the exact opposite as a present-tense statement. This is your new paradigm.
  • 03Read the new paradigm statement aloud with emotion — 50 times each morning and 50 times each evening.
  • 04Do not skip days. The subconscious responds to repetition, not logic — consistency is the entire method.
  • 05After 30 days, notice shifts in behaviour, conversation, and outer results. These are signs the new paradigm is taking hold.
01 / RHONDA BYRNE
The Magic Gratitude Practice
Rhonda Byrne · The Magic · Day 1
Gratitude is the feeling of already received. When sustained daily, it shifts the dominant vibrational broadcast from lack to abundance — and the Law of Attraction responds accordingly. Byrne documented measurable life improvements across thousands who sustained this for 28 days.
  • 01Each morning, write 10 things you are genuinely grateful for. Be specific — not "my health" but exactly what about it.
  • 02After each item, write why you are grateful for it. The reason deepens the feeling.
  • 03Say "thank you, thank you, thank you" for each one — as if saying it directly to life itself.
  • 04At night, before sleep, identify the best thing that happened today. Hold it in your mind as you drift off in gratitude.
  • 05Sustain for 28 consecutive days without missing. The compounding effect of daily gratitude is what produces the shift.
01 / RUMI
Zikr — The Remembrance Practice
Rumi · Sufi Tradition · Masnavi
Zikr is the Sufi practice of sacred repetition — repeating a divine name or phrase in rhythm with the breath until the ordinary mind stills and awareness opens to the presence that is always here. The experiential counterpart to Neville's I AM.
  • 01Sit quietly. Spine upright, hands resting on thighs, eyes closed or softly downward.
  • 02Choose your phrase: "Allah," "La ilaha illallah," or simply "I AM" — the name of the divine as your own nature.
  • 03Begin repeating it in rhythm with the breath — first half on the inhale, second half on the exhale.
  • 04Do not think about the meaning. Allow the repetition to do its work on the consciousness directly. 20 minutes minimum.
  • 05When thoughts arise, do not fight them. Return to the phrase. Each return is the practice.
01 / LAO TZU
Wu Wei — Effortless Action
Lao Tzu · Tao Te Ching
Action in perfect harmony with the natural flow of a situation — effortless not because nothing is done, but because what is done meets no resistance. Wu wei is Abraham's "allowing" and Abdullah's "it is done — leave it alone" expressed 2,500 years earlier.
  • 01Before taking any action — especially under urgency or frustration — pause for one full minute.
  • 02Ask: "Is this action arising from alignment with the natural flow, or from my ego's need to control?"
  • 03If it is from control-need: wait. Breathe. Let the impulse settle. See if a different action (or no action) emerges.
  • 04If it is from flow: act with full commitment and no attachment to the outcome. Do the action completely, then release.
  • 05Daily practice: find one area of life where you have been forcing. Deliberately stop forcing it for one week. Observe what shifts.
01 / TAYLOR TOOKS
The Self-Concept Audit
Taylor Tooks · from Neville Goddard
You will never manifest beyond the story you hold about yourself. The self-concept audit is the most honest and most effective starting point — exposing the exact belief pattern that is capping your results so you can deliberately replace it.
  • 01In your journal, write every belief you currently hold about yourself in the area you want to manifest (love, money, career, health).
  • 02Be completely honest. "I am the kind of person who always..." "People like me don't get..." "I've never been able to..."
  • 03Read the list. This is your current self-concept — and it is creating your current results without exception.
  • 04Now write the opposite of each belief. This is the self-concept of the version of you for whom your desire is natural.
  • 05Use SATS each night to inhabit this version. Use revision to erase any day that contradicted it. Persist until the new list feels true.
02 / TAYLOR TOOKS
Assuming the Version
Taylor Tooks · from Neville Goddard
Stop trying to manifest the thing. Become the version of you for whom the thing is completely natural. The desire follows the identity — always. This is Taylor's most powerful teaching, rooted directly in Neville's Law of Assumption.
  • 01Define "the version" — the specific you for whom your desire is already normal. Give them a clear identity.
  • 02Ask: how does this version walk into a room? What do they think about? What do they not worry about anymore?
  • 03Begin embodying these answers immediately — in how you carry yourself, what you say, how you respond to setbacks.
  • 04Every evening in SATS, live a brief scene as this version. First person. Present moment. Full feeling of already being them.
  • 05When the old identity resurfaces, do not fight it. Simply redirect: "That is the old version. I am this version now." Then return to the feeling.
